I made my mom’s homemade mayo recipe this afternoon, and made half of it with a ton (6 cloves) of garlic. Nick doesn’t typically like mayo, but garlic mayo he’s down for. So tonight we made lobster rolls with the homemade mayo. We swapped out the celery for green onion, and left out the parsley. We had great fresh rolls from a local bakery, and topped it all with paprika and kosher salt. Served with a helping of seasoned fries. So blissfully full right now.
We have enough lobster left for two more meals. Stay tuned for sushi and pasta.
